The Tenth Week

In the tenth week, I updated the main walls by extruding a border around the cut outs either side as in my references. I returned to Substance Sampler to create better textures, improving the wood and the leather. The leather especially was too large previously. I then made a velvet texture for the fabric of the chairs and a metal for the base.

I took these into Substance Painter to add more detail with filters, generators and levels.

I also updated the co-chair and captain's chair meshes. I created a new headrest for the co-chair to make it more accurate. And I made the high poly of both smoother because I felt like the surfaces were too hard. And then I brought the co-chair into substance to update the textures.
