The Second Week

On the second week, I began with a focus on creating ceilings for all of the spaces outside of the main bridge area. I also, upon checking my references, noticed that area behind the chairs raised higher than the floor behind it, so I added an extrusion to match the references. Following this, I took to blocking out the extra seating to the sides of the three chairs as well as the consoles by the viewscreen.

I then moved on to making a further detailed version of the chairs on either side of the captain's and working on the roof. I used extrusion and the bend tool along with soft select to manipulate the shapes of the roof into position. And I was also able to extrude the bars from the front of the bridge's roof.

After this, I took the objects into Unreal for a series of high-quality screenshots to show my progress and basic lighting. I also created a placeholder for a later space box with an adapted starry night sky. I used point lights for some emission to replicate the effect.
